Absolute horrible experience. 1. We reached around 4:30pm but still the rooms were not cleaned and we had to wait for 30mins. 2. The room was broadcasted as one with balcony with garden view but there was none. 3. The room was unclean and smelled very badly throughout the stay. 4. The WiFi kept on tripping throughout the time, no stable signal, also zero mobile signal. 5. The washroom water was muddy. 6. The beds and sheets were unclean.

Rooms were not clean. It had a bad smell as soon as the door was open.
