"Never going back. Ever. I demand a refund."

I liked nothing, seriously, everything was below expectation. And there was no-one to deal with my questions or complaints. I sent a message via Booking. I was assured it was being taken care of. But not at all - nothing was fixed and no reason was given. I faced exactly the same problems on the 2nd day of my stay.

Wifi didn't work - kept cutting out, TV only showed one channel and the screen was defective, coffee machine didn't work, safe didn't work, and worst of all the shower drain was blocked which caused the bathroom to flood (see picture).

The room and bathroom are good size. Clean and tidy. The pictures are true to the room. Acess to transport, shops is very close by.

Our safe wasn't working and unable to fix it. The area at night is rowdy and busy most nights.

Location

Run down Dirty Sheets were clean but everywhere else full of hairs... Stains and burns on the chair Entrance carpet so bad it cannot be called dirty anymore...
