The room was clean and had a good size. The bed was comfortable and everything was like in the photos. The staff was kind and breakfast was quite complete.

The bathroom was quite old. It needs a renovation.

Absolutely loved our stay at Oceana Hills Residency in Alleppey! The place has a warm, homely vibe and the owner was super polite, friendly, and genuinely helpful. He even dropped us to the railway station early morning when no cab or auto was available – that really meant a lot! The staff here is equally lovely – always smiling and ready to help with anything. And oh, the coffee – just amazing! A perfect start to the day. Location-wise, it's great too – just a 10-minute walk to Alleppey Beach and around 2 km from the railway station. Rooms were clean, cozy, and great for the price. Would 100% recommend this place to anyone visiting Alleppey. Definitely coming back here next time!

The location is super, offering easy access to both the beach and the railway station, which was incredibly convenient for our travels. The room was super comfortable and well-appointed, providing a perfect retreat after our daily adventures. While the breakfast items were limited in variety, the taste easily made up for it, with delicious options to start our day. What truly set Ocean Valley Residency apart was the exceptional service. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, always ready with a smile and excellent advice. We even experienced a "Red Alert" rain during our visit, but the team remained incredibly cordial and reassuring, ensuring our comfort despite the weather. A testament to their remarkable hospitality was when a 25-year-old jackfruit tree fell on the property during our stay. Even in such an unexpected situation, the business owner was present with a smiling face, prioritizing our comfort. They went above and beyond, making sure we felt at ease and even arranged transport for our day trips, which was a huge help. Overall, it was a memorable experience and truly great value for money. I highly recommend Ocean Valley Residency to anyone looking for a wonderful stay with outstanding service and a team that genuinely cares about their guests' experience.
