Personal war sehr freundlich. Essen war sehr lecker und es gab eine große Auswahl. Die Sauberkeit war 10/10. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand.

Theo at reception provided excellent service and helped me when I needed assistance with a late checkout and transfer details. The modern, clean, and comfortable superior room was great. Right on the beach with a seaview. Cleaning staff were very happy, smiley, and said hello every time they saw us. Property was clean and well maintained. Restaurant staff were helpful and cleared the table promptly, very friendly too. Table service was good and staff were more than happy to help. Food was tasty, diverse, with plenty of options. All covered and met hygiene standards. Breakfast on the heated rooftop terrace was lovely. Coffee and tea were offered to you at your table. The pools, especially the rooftop one, were a great addition. Visot to Rethimno was lovely whith a beautiful natural water lake nearby. Rental cars right next to hotel.

The indoor pool and steam room close at 18:00, which is a little too early for me personally. Outdoor pools close at 18:30. Indoor pool and steam room were an additional €12pp. The bar shuts early. Its not the hotels fault but the local supermarkets close at 20:00, so later options at the bar would make a better experience. Bar staff was happy to accomodate and again, very friendly.

Everything. The breakfast in particular is excellent! The location, the rooms, the staff. We went at the very end of the season. We got upgraded to a bigger room with a sea view for free. It was really nice! We enjoyed everything. The staff noticed we needed bed protection for the kids and they installed two of them without us even asking for it! Just excellent. We will come back without hesitation!

Sehr schön, alles war super

La gentillesse du personnel (souriant, attentionné, ouvert à la discussion, bon service client), équipements en bon état (salle de sport avec tapis de course neuf), 3 piscines, buffet de bonne qualité avec du choix pour tout le monde dont les végétariens. Jus d'orange pressé le matin délicieux. Pain fait maison. Très pratique de pouvoir utiliser les installations des 2 hôtels du resort (beach et résidence). Très grand merci à tout le personnel d'une grande amabilité et gentillesse (c'est rare et ça fait vraiment plaisir, on se sentait vraiment accueillis avec plaisir), nous avions chaque matin après le nettoyage de la chambre une attention de la part de la femme de ménage, qui décorait chaque lit avec des serviettes de bain en forme d'animal ou autre création. #Love Popi #Risch

Isolation moyenne dans les chambres (on entend les écoulements d'eau, les gens qui passent dans le couloir), il y avait un peu de lumière dans la chambre (la femme de ménage a vu qu'on essayait de cacher l'entrée de lumiere et a mis au point un cache sur mesure pour l'obstruer ❤️) pas d'espace vert, spa payant (12€ par personne et par jour) et piscine à débordement interdit aux enfants
