No in house restaurant so no room service- the hotel room price should be reflective of that. Even after reporting at the reporting time they made us wait for 45 minutes since the room wasn't ready at 12 pm! Can you imagine that? Very poor experience. Avoid treebo like a plague.

Reception staff performance was extremely substandard. They even doesn't know what is travel desk. I myself went railwaystation to arrange a taxi for my next day travel. Nextday morning I saw the staff sleeping in lobby sofa. I waked up him for request a taxi. He simply said not available and continued his sleep in the same sofa. They are not even able to answer our doubts. We had to wait the reception nearly halfhour for our room key even after reserved the room one day before.
