Hotel Crown Savoy, Near Railway Station & GURU NANAK DEV UNIVERSITY

The location is great, the hospotality was excellant and the sheet was clean. Room looks beautiful.

The floor was sticky and dusty..

The manager, Rahul, is sooooo helpful and nice. Great service for anything 24/7. We extended our stay a few times :)

There is construction going on upstairs that can get a bit loud in the day and a bit dirty in the lobby, but it didn't bother us. The first floor is completed, and that was where we were placed.

New property, convenient location, friendly staff.

Covered parking would have been better.

This hotel is new. I believe only having been open for 6 mths. Therefore only a handful of rooms are ready at the moment, just the first floor. Rahul the owner was very proactive with us during our stay....giving us great tips & advice every day. Bed & pillows were really comfortable, so we slept well. Bathroom had modern facilities...ie rain shower & bidet. Breakfast was brought up to our room as the restaurant isn't finished being built yet.The AC worked very well along with the ceiling fan. I Would definitely recommend this hotel as it is a family run business,so they are always aiming to please.The owners also speak & understand very good English..

There is only 1 small window in the room, but it can be opened for ventilation & has a security/safety screen.

the property is excellent and very clean. Rahul goes over and above to help you make comfortable. Also he fulfills all our needs. we enjoyed Amritsari Kulcha for breakfast with delicious Chana and special chattney also freshly made yogurt . The poha was especial made with lots of vegetables was very tasty. We will come again definitely to stay there. location is good out of the crowd east excess to golden temple and Titly chownk for shopping. good restaurant around to go for dinner. Thanks to Rohin to treat us like family.

it is beautiful clean property. Rahul is one of a kind he will do beyond his limit to help you . He treat you like family not like customer. he also helps us with laundry service also order food for us when we needed. Breakfast is beyond expectations also amazing coffee. it is not crowded area east to get around.
