Great property lovely room V clean near Golden temple.

Lanes are narrow and difficult for cab to come in the lane

Rooms are clean

Location is not good lanes are v narrow no taxi comes inside the lane if you have luggage please don't go for it.and it's not 2 min away from golden temple as mentioned personal will not recommend accept for clean room

I was told to cancel my booking which I had booked through booking.com 2 weeks prior. On calling them before proceeding there they said they had canceled my booking and didn't have rooms. The person said he was new owner and couldn't honor my booking and didn't give me a reason and was very rude and arrogant. I am sure he canceled my booking and offered it again at higher price, greedy and pathetic attitude. Be careful when dealing with them and DONT SHARE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO with them, simply bunch of crooks. Booking.com should look into this and maybe take them off your list.

Stayed at this hotel and honestly, the biggest highlight was the location! Just a 2-minute walk from the Golden Temple, which made everything so convenient for us—especially since we were travelling with senior citizens. It really made our visit comfortable and stress-free. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stay close to the Temple. Just a small tip for future guests—since the hotel is located within the narrow gallis of Amritsar, most taxis won’t be able to reach directly. The best way to get there is via a tuk-tuk or a battery rickshaw, which makes the last stretch much easier to navigate.

Large cars can not get through due to the narrow lane to the hotel.
