After taking a three hour train then finding my way through the city and taking an Rickshaw to the hotel, I was kind of stressed. Get to the hotel after booking it through Bookings.com the day before and they tell me they don’t have a booking for me. They don’t have any information about me. I even showed them proof on my phone. They said they had no rooms available even though I walked by two vacant rooms on the way to the counter. I have never had an issue booking rooms through bookings.com…never! Buuuut apparently they never got my booking. Made my night even stressful. They didn’t seem to care all that much either. Would not recommend to anyone. Sending love and light.
