The location is worth everything, simple rooms with value for money, food was good too, staff were friendly and attentive, a bouncer like staff who stays up whole night ensuring everyone’s safe in their rooms, staying up with drinks and food into early hours of the morning

No shower till you’re at the rooms, stray dogs all around, some crows chasing you, unbearable heat at night in non ac rooms, no room service available even for drinks, no one to guide or support you till you ask

Location on the benaulim beach. Very quiet and silent..no crowd...me time ...

Food choicea and coat of food is little high..

I had a beach front hut, which I paid a bit extra for but it was idyllic! Listening to the sound of the waves near to the ocean. Very clean - hot water for a shower + towels provided. Staff were very helpful. Restaurant had a range of Indian & Western dishes. The music was chilled & not too loud. Very peaceful! I was very happy with my choice!

There wasn't anything to dislike!

Although rooms are bit small, but all are well maintained and clean. The location is superb. Staffs were very helpful. They maintained the property nicely. It was a memorable stay.

Beach hut interiors were far too dark with no natural light unless the door was left open. Shower area not that clean .
