Staff was so nice!

The heater in the room didn’t work so it was freezing, the shower wouldn’t drain so it flooded. And we had purchased a breaksfast to go that morning that was sent to our room the evening before with meat and cheese but no fridge to keep it in.

Nice central location and big room.

In 5 days, they never came to clean the room. I had to ask for toilet paper. The room was cold and the radiator closed when I arrived. I saw the staff only at check-in. They didn't show up either for the checkout.

The staff is very friendly and helpfull.

The room is simple and not soundproof at all, the bed was fairly soft.

Convenient as only hotel in Bergeijk for work. Restaurant was nice and evening meal was good too.

The rooms desperately need modernising. Uncomfortable beds that are too soft that you can’t lay flat. 1 towel between two guest 2 days running had to ask for more. Breakfast is very basic and repetitive and served too late to be able to get off to work early. They do offer breakfast to go but only ham and cheese rolls which isn’t really appetising for breakfast.

Nice modern rooms. Clean. Friendly staff.
