Loved the quaintness, smartness, warmth and welcoming atmosphere. The furnishings are beautiful and the little touches like the wellingtons made us laugh. The rooms were beautifully clean and comfortable and the Dyson hairdryer and coffee, chocolates etc made it more so. The welcome book was very nicely done.

There wasn’t anything I disliked at all. Could have done with a shower cap that’s all 🛀

Location, staff & food

Hotel bar closed at 10pm on a Saturday night even for residents? However room brochure stated bar is open until 11:00pm few other guests were also turn away at 10:00pm?

Rooms off the court yard dated, hot and noisy. One up all Up! Given dog hotel would have expected dog bed and bowls in room on arrival
