Breakfast great perfect. Lounge facility very comfortable. Staff at breakfast and dinner perfect.

Meals far too expensive and average. For example a tart at neary £10 ridiculous. No mention of a service charge or vat on the menu. Vedge should be served in separate dishes at these prices.

Loved our stay here easy and relaxing, food in restaurant was delicious. Able to park close to accommodation so unloading cases was a breeze. Hotel had a very welcome feel and staff did above and beyond to be help and accommodate. Very dog friendly and the doggy welcome pack was a very pleasing touch. Position was spot on, many areas to walk safely and a few crafty shops and cafes close by. Wells,West Runton and Holkham beaches very close and would recommend. We would go back tomorrow without hesitation.

Room could be cleaned more throughly if I was being picky but we gladly overlooked that as we liked the place so much!
