The lady at the desk was very rude and was not very helpful I asked for the plates and spoons and she refused to give me it was my husband's birthday and we needed a cake plate and spoons I requested her to give me 4 spoons and plates and she refused to give me help.

Wij wilden na Phantasialand nog even naar Keulen dus wilde laat inchecken. Na een telefoontje werd er een code gegeven om de sleutelbox te openen zodat we in de avond onze kamer binnen konden.

"Goed ontbijt, goede hygiëne, verbetering nodig van bedden"

Ruime kamer voor 4 personen. Hygiëne goed, kleine koelkast op de kamer. Goed ontbijt. De locatie ten opzichte van Phantasialand is super, 8-10 minuten. Parkeerplaatsen voor de deur. Supermarkten op een paar minuten afstand.

De bedden waren erg slecht. Alles piept en kraakt bij elke beweging. Wij hebben alle 4 heel slecht geslapen. Dat is de enige reden waarom wij dit hotel niet nogmaals zouden boeken.

Das Zimmer und das Duschbad waren sehr klein. Möbel zusammengestückelt. Leselampe am Bett defekt. Das Zimmer war zur viel befahrenen Straße raus gelegen und sehr laut.
