Ne-a surprins localizarea foarte aproape de una dintre pârtii, oferta variată de mic dejun, faptul că s-a făcut curățenie zilnic în camere și că unitatea dispune de o cameră monitorizată pentru a lăsa acolo echipamentele de schi, precum și de parcare. Camerele nu sunt cele mai spațioase sau moderne, dar am avut fierbător de apă, căldură, am primit uscător de păr la cerere. Cu siguranță vom reveni.

Location is excellent, near main strip and pistes, breakfast was plentiful and well prepared, the staff were happy to microwave it for me as it was nearly always cold.

The room (101) was beyond terrible, right at the bottom of the only stairs for every person in the building to noisily shout, scream, chat, sing, fall, bang all the way past the door at all times of day and night, 4 nights stay, zero sleep, it was like being in a war zone, the room itself was as basic as a prison cell, no soft furnishing, no seating, no comfy place to sit, pillows had stains on them, the tiny single bed positioned right below a very cold draughty window, not even a do not disturb sign to hang on the door, this room cost £53 (€61) a night, in truth it should not be available to rent, it is beyond noisy, but if you must sell it, charge no more than £20 per night and advise in the listing that you wont get any sleep during your stay (without a litre of vodka each night) even with industrial strength earplugs and sleeping tablets, it is the worst room I have ever stayed in, even the Samokov is cheaper and you do at least sleep in that place.

Very nice place, we have wonderful view to the mountain. Comfy beds, clean. Very good breakfast, tasty and a lot of choices.

There was not children chanel on TV. Just for advice for hotel service, it's needed some shower curtain otherwise all water goes outside the shower space.

Location was fantastic
