Rila Hotel Borovets

Extrem freundliches und besonders kinderfreundliches Personal. Pool und Spa-Bereich sehr gut. Auch der Arcade-Raum hat uns gefallen. Vom Hotel aus konnten wir sehr schnell in den Bergen und wandern. Auch Samokov ist super schnell erreichbar und eine Reise wert.

Das Frühstück war nicht besonders lecker. Bei Buchen würde ein Hinweis helfen, dass außerhalb der Saison Seilbahnen usw. nicht offen sind.

The hotel position is amazing

Breakfast was awful especially the fruits must be cutten 3 days ago. the 2 restaurants were below expections for a 4 stars hotel

We liked almost everything

Very noisy in the night on the view side. Pool area is not that attractive

The people were kind and helpful. The location is great.

The pool - yes, it’s big, but the temperature may be a little bit higher

Мисля, че трябва да давате информация за това, че басеините и джакузитата са в ремонт и не работят още при направа на резервацията. Не да ми пращате мейл на електронната поща на следващия ден около 10 часа, когато вече съм в района на Боровец. Затова бях принуден да си анулирам резервацията.
