"Good choice for those who use room only for sleep"

Very close to the beach, just 3 minutes by walk. Located on busy street with a lot of shops, restaurants. The bed was comfortable, hot water was really hot. The host is very helpful person, always ready to answer questions and help with any issues. Wifi worked properly.

Be ready, that the only thing you see from the balcony on the ground floor is the high fence :) but we were outside all day, so we didnt care. The parking place is far away, but it's not a big deal, because the owner will show you where to drive and drop you back by bike.

"Clean house near to beach"

the place is good and Gangadhar is super helpful and give advice about traveling in India and Goa. I spend good time hear and the house is nice and clean ! I recommend to stay this place !
