Location excellent.

At check-in very unwelcoming no information given. Breakfast advertised starting at 7.30 but available until 9.30 whick is too late. Mouldy bread served at breakfast - wi-fi not working for two days, broken kettle. Overall staff not interested - this is not the usual experience in Palolem or Goa.

Friendly and helpful staff. TV in the room with YouTube and Netflix. Fridge in room and very comfy bed.

Black damp in bathroom needs sorting out as it does not look good.
