Muy buena opción de alojamiento en Chinauta, las instalaciones son muy buenas, las áreas compartidas: piscina, área de juegos y restaurante son muy buenas, siempre estuvieron limpias y con música a un volumen adecuado, la habitación, sus camas y baños estaban impecables, la atención del personal fue increíble.

En algunos días fue muy demorada la atención del restaurante.

La excelente atención de todo el personal, el restaurante es fantástico y las instalaciones muy buenas

Mejoraría el alcance del wifi en las habitaciones para las personas que debemos trabajar, y pondría espejos de cuerpo entero, muy útil para las que nos gusta ver como salimos.

El aseo en las habitaciones es regular, habían cabellos y cauchos para cabello en el baño, la ducha tampoco estaba tan limpia. El ruido del ventilador es excesivo y no pudimos descansar bien. Es un hotel de paso
