El recepcionista poco empático con mi situacion

Me cancelaron la reservación, avise todo el tiempo que llegabas alas 9 PM llame y me dijeron que tranquila. Cuando llegue me decía que la reservación estaba cancelada por el alojamiento, iba con una niña, no conocíamos nada, no nos ayudaron en nada.

"Beaux extérieurs mais chambre pas terrible."

L'emplacement est très bien, accès direct à la plage (très belle), espace extérieur de l'hôtel beaux et bien entretenu. Jolie piscine.

La chambre était passable. Bonne literie mais la salle de bain manque cruellement d'investissement. Pas de pommeau de douche, l'eau coule directement comme depuis un tuyau. Le robinet du lavabo coule à peine, quasiment impossible de se laver les mains. La fenêtre est vraiment petite et difficile à ouvrir. Le petit déjeuner était mauvais, même les œufs brouillés ne donnaient pas envie... En pleine saison nous avons payé très cher pour le service proposé.
