Duży, darmowy parking. Udogodnienia w postaci akcesoriów toaletowych. Miła obsługa. Ciepło w pokoju.

Bardzo brudna, zużyta szczotka do toalety. Bardzo ubogie śniadania (serwowane talerzowo) - absolutnie niewarte swojej ceny.

Śniadanie bardzo dobre, lokalizacja korzystna

The old castle-medieval look made the experience super nice and also the breakfast was bardzo smaczny! Location also good as it was close to Będzin and straight ahead to Katowice.

They didn’t have a hair dryer in the bathroom. Other than that everything was ok.

Kolejna wizyta, uwag brak. Może jedna: JEDZCIE LUDZIE W RESTAURACJI, jedzenie jest WYBORNE i zawsze jest to jeden z głównych powodów, dla których tu nocujemy. :D Gęsie pipki (po poznańsku żołądki) na Św. Marcina jedne z najlepszych jakie jedliśmy w ŻYCIU!

Charming little hotel, very beautifull outside. Friendly staff, near Rome baths. Relaxing environment.

The rooms were rather basic, they would need some refreshments and refitting (stainy chair, smell from bathroom, carpet cleaning). For my opinion it is little bit overprised. We paid for very good breakfast (booking summar) and asked in advance for possibilities of gluten free and milk free offer because of allergies and hotel staff confirmed it (if they would not we would simply take care about ourselfs) but in the end there seemed to be miscommunication-oat milk was ready(but was not gluten free) and even we gave some tips what they can prepare it was not ready, probably they forgot about it, for example more fruits or vegetables were missing, we could not make any porridge because we were not sure what is safe to eat, and no possibility to prepare anything at the moment, so we ended with very basic variety-eggs, ham and cucumber. Gluten free plant base milk was added in the end. The staff prepared wine as a gift for an apology, what was very appreciated. But of course have a nicer breakfast for our long journey would be the right approach when you expect guests with restrictions.
