The hotel has it's own rules which is not mentioned in booking.com like *out side food not allowed* and *copy of id cards of all the people to be submitted * Owner threatened me of informing police if I'd cards are not submitted The staff is very rude and gives a threatning look for any room service. Overall a VERY BAD EXPERIENCE at this hotel.
