Very clean and lavish rooms at a basic price

It’s close to the university area which I had personal engagement

The area around location is too crowded owing to heavy traffic and hill top region. Some if the restaurant staff members can have better attitude towards the client. Food is okay, some dishes are good while other need improvement. The hotel charges are slightly high for the kind if facilities provided.

The breakfast spread was too good... The rooms very spacious and clean. The towels and bedding were of nice quality as well. The preparations for room service were very fresh and was one of the best that we have tasted in some time especially the egg maggi and the nasi goreng!

Bear in mind that this hotel is completely on the other side of the city if you want to go to airport / mussoorie / rishikesh. So, everytime we had to go out, it was a bit of a hassle getting into / going out because we got stuck in the traffic. But if that doesn't concern you, please go ahead and book it because it is definitely worth it!

Has good restaurant, and roof top

- Very bad smells from outside could be chemical factory. Also from very dirty places near the hotel. Also some areas from inside the hotel. - Very noisy in the evening even late night after the resturant closes in floor 5 which makes u cabt sleep. - Nothing good around the hotel. No good grocery and restaurants around the hotel in 20min druving all directions. - They dont give u 2nd room card. Understandable, but when my card didnt work and i called from the phone near the elevator, they even didnt bother to send new activated card, just a guy to open the door by his card. When i asked how i do when i go out again, they said call us to open the door for u. Is that a treatment?? - no hot water in the bathroom. Even 1 star hotel has hot water. - electricity went out many times during the day/night. - i stayed 5 mights, last 2 nights the internet become very bad disconnect and connect every 5 min. And they didnt know how to solve it. - they ignore ur requests, u need to request for something or repain or anything many times - many more issues happened with my friends in their rooms

Far off from city centre and off track location

Food was great!

Too much noise till late in the night due to a birthday party in the lawns. Drums and Dhols shouldn't have been allowed after 10 pm. They kept beating the drums and dhols with very loud music well past midnight! That was absolutely atrocious behaviour. The hotel staff were totally helpless in dealing with the nuisance!
