There was nothing I didn't like.

Location of the Hotel is very good. Braekfast on day 1 was very good, however next day breakfast didnot mee the expectations. There was a lot of disturbance on 4th floor rooms, might be due to restaurent on upper floor. Front facing rooms may have better view from room than back river facing.

disturbance and bad smell in the gallery. Ask Housekeeping to send the towels but not received till next morning. Housekeeping staff was not serious. No refills in shampoo and body wash. Used our owns.

Convenient for quick stop by the highway. Great water pressure for shower! Bed was comfortable

The hotel was actually out of room key card!!! Had I needed to leave the room, I would have had to call a staff for assistance! Had to use my credit card to keep the power in the room on. ;)

Cleanliness and prompt staff

Located on the outskirts a little bit far from the city. Also family accommodation was more so it was noisy and loud most of the time.
