Fantastic big rooms, modern, clean and comfortable with lovely outdoor seating area. Food of good quality. All staff very friendly

Lack of privacy in outdoor seating areas.

The room was spacious and clean with patio doors leading to a small patio. We also had a small fridge which was a great bonus. The restaurant food was competitively price, very good and surprisingly large portions. The gym, sauna and steam rooms were very clean and tastefully decorated. As a guest you also have access to the driving range and putting green included in the price

The room did not have air conditioning, a small fan was provided but had no impact on the heat of the room. The service in the restaurant is exceptionally slow and frustrating. The day before we left about 12.30pm I ordered a fruit scone and a coffee. The restaurant was very quite only two people drinking coffee. The coffee arrived after 10 minutes, 20 minutes later I asked a member of staff where the scone was, on her return she said the chef forgot to make it but he would do it as it's made to order. 5 minutes later a scone arrived that was half baked and un edible. I sent it back and asked for a refund. I was informed that only the manager could authorise a refund so I waited. She did reluctantly give me a £3 refund for the scone stating the scone was fully baked because the chef said so in a rude manner...

We were in Room 8 , it was beautiful lovely decor , the terrace area was well used as the weather was good , it was peaceful, the rainfall shower was amazing with plenty very warm water ,bed was comfy also , we had an evening meal in the canny crow both my husband and I had 3 courses each the food was exceptional, good portions good prices and the serving staff in the evening were excellent very attentive, friendly.The breakfast was also excellent with a great selection of both hot and cold and the hot breakfast was very enjoyable, overall we had a fantastic stay and can't wait to book to go again.

The only thing I have a slight negative thing to say was the attitude of the blonde lady in the navy at breakfast service, it felt like being busy was a chore to her and she was hurrying people up , whilst refreshing the food she spilled quite a bit meaning we had to wait for things to be cleared up , just felt that wasn't professional, neither was her standing om her phone behind the the bar

Fantastic accommodation in a great location. Breakfast was great with a wide selection of cooked and continental. Room had everything you need

It wasn’t clean. We didn’t feel safe when we realised there was no stay overnight

Location in particular, great for a golf 'tragic'! Very comfortable, modern and quite spacious 'cabin'. Food , both dinner and then breakfast was very good and the views across the golf course were great
