Nice setting and good value for money

Rather old fashioned room, no fridge.

Well maintained and in a great location within walk of Embleton beach. Great brekkie.

Lovely family run pub with rooms. All well organised. The room was clean and facilities were good. Embleton is a pretty and quiet village just a short walk to the beach and near some great golf Courses.

Our room was small but we could have paid for a larger one.

Lovely friendly clean and bright hotel. Really nice standard room with comfy bed and a fantastic shower. Lovely and quiet at night. Amazing restaurant and gorgeous food. Staff were without exception friendly and helpful. Parking either in front of hotel or on street very close by.

Just a little bit of a drive to get to it but the area was lovely - not really an issue at all, but just meant to get a choice of eateries we had to drive to Alnwick.

Location. Good comfortable large king-size bed.

Dinner was delicious as was breakfast! Good serves and an interesting menu. Lots of local cuisine choices.

This comment is not meant to detract from how much I enjoyed my stay, but many of the country hotels I have stayed in or country cafes have a problem with what we call sleepy flys (Australia) - flys are disconcerting especially in eating areas…maybe an electric fly zapper.

Great location and quality food. Clean rooms and good value for money.

Staff need more training. Waiting 30mins for drink with evening meal. Breakfast was a shambles. Took 4 times until I was seated correctly. Item missing from order and had remind server. Overall a very disappointing experience.
