Family hotel Al- Ana Marbella

Good location for traveling around in the area, or a day off chilling at the beach or pool.

Maybe the size and incidental cleanliness of the pool

Our first room, the 'Fez', with it's Maroc an décoration ! Beautiful garden where breakfast was served by very friendly staff. Nice swimming pool, family atmosphere.

Unfortunately our Fez room was flooded during the first night, due to a blocked draining system, and instead of a quick repair, we had to spend the rest of our 5 day stay in 2 upper rooms, also very clean but no longer with garden view and direct pool terrace..

Helpful staff, good and varied breakfast which was served in the garden, very restful setting.

Our room was on the first floor accessed by stairs. Not good for guests in their seventies. However, we did not stipulate mobility problems so probably our fault. Not an easy hotel to find! Clearer directions would have been helpful especially as joining and leaving the A7 motorway was tricky.

The arrangement of the room. It’s peaceful. And its clean. The employee is helpful. Breakfast in the garden is a wonderful experience. I like the room big window is also a sliding door going to the garden.

The area outside the building towards the road is a bit dark to walk going to the beach.
