Room was very comfortable and good location to the centre

There wasn't a lot of privacy when using the pool and the cleaning service happened at a very inconvenient time of the day. Our clean also only consisted of emptying the bins and replacing towels.

Our suite had a super comfortable bed and the decor was beautiful. we had a very larger outdoor area with a table and pool which was great!

for the cost and the duration of our stay, we found it unfortunate that there was not a kitchen tea towel, and that the kitchen was not well equipped at all (it’s really difficult even to prepare breakfast if there is exactly 2 spoons, 2 plates, etc). Also housekeeping twice in 9 days was not enough. Wifi is realllly slow and sometimes did not work.

The time to check in is too late, especially with no real place to store your luggage. Even if it says in the description that the suite offers only a kitchen pentry, it was pretty hard to cook anything at all because of the small space and limited tools.

Private property with on-site parking. It was very clean.

This trip was part of our honeymoon and my husband asked if they could place some roses on the bed with swan formed towels but they declined as they said the roses would damage their sheets. We stayed 4 night and they did not empty the toilet and kitchen bins until the very last day. They “provided” us with 2 bottled water bottles one of which was opened. The room was nothing like the pictures as we expected the amphitheatrical apartment and got the weird structured kitchen. Further the toiletries in the bathroom were only to last 2 days and not 4-5 we stayed. The pool was very small and short and was smelling of chlorine. At the entrance of the apartment there was water every day and time possibly leaking from the pool. Lastly, the breakfast was insufficient. They are catered by a nearby restaurant which gives you 4 choices of breakfast and filtered coffee or juice only. With so much money you will spend here go to Kouros hotel nearby which is worthy.

no front desk for check-in and no luggage room! check in so late after 4pm. also the person to check out never answered the phones and so we had to leave for our flight and they didn’t cal us until 3 hours later . outside was not nice, but inside was very nice

Brand new apartment, very modern and perfectly equipped. Terrace with private pool. Location was perfect very close to the beach and restaurants. Very good breakfast was served in the restaurant Gala, on the beach. We will definitely come back here :)

The property was in a great spot in a 2 min walking distance from the beach and main bars and restaurants but was still in a quiet and private area. The suite was perfect with lots of space and modern interior. Felt like a home from home with comfortable sofa, bed and smart TVs with Netflix access. Jacuzzi was a great temperature and a nice refreshing spot to cool down.

Nobody to meet us to check in, contact phone number rang out, had to ring Booking.com who were very helpful and made contact with owner, who said she a good distance from the property so would be a while getting to us. Late at night after a 4.5 hr flight was not a good start to the holiday. This wasn't a one off as while we were there it happened to another couple who knocked on our gate for help. The apartment was located in a block of 4 similar apartments between 2 derelict sites - not pleasant, and we were told to lock both the garden gate as well as the apartment for security. However we were given only 1 set of keys and when we asked for a 2nd we were told was not available. My partner and I are not joined at the hip, we both have are interests not necessarily the same, the lack of a 2nd set of keys made the holiday very uncomfortable. Lastly the waterfall in the pool was so noisy and we couldn't turn it off or down it meant sitting in the garden was done in short spells.
