"Unpleasant stay"

The check in and check out was a smooth process. The location is convenient and easy to find.

Cleanliness was appalling. Linens were dirty, towels were worn and raggered, the room had a musty smell and was dusty. The restaurant service was very poor. The buffet options at breakfast were very limited. Wifi and appliances (Kettle, TV) did not work. The aircon was blowing dust into the room.
