"Location is convenient, but no WiFi or elevator, I don’t know if I would stay again."

In a very convenient location, walking distance to everything.

NO WIFI AT ALL, I’ve stayed in cheaper hotels and they at least offer wifi. The property has no elevators at all also, which is unfortunate if you’re traveling with a lot of suitcases.

"las instalaciones del hotel buenas, el restaurante no tan bueno."

No desayuné en el hotel. Comimos el día de nuestra llegada y la comida no estuvo tan buena. Las enchiladas frías y con el mole encima de las torillas con pollo, lasa cuales estaban frias.

mejor preparación de los alimentos, el café no tan recalentado.

The staff in the restaurant were incredible. As a solo traveller I really appreciate staff that take some time to chat to you and make you feel welcome (and were so patient with my poor Spanish). The bed was comfortable and firm, very spacious room, appreciated the extra wardrobe. The location for discovering Cholula is simply fantastic.

You really can hear everything that's going on in the neighbouring rooms... This affected sleep.
