Location was good near Charbagh Railway Station and very supportive staff nice stay

Hotel refuse to accomodate us categorically. They had no rooms available as what we booked, given us instead poor rooms, according to their own staff such rooms are for 500 indian rupee for a day. Staff reports also that group management cancelled my booking hours before my arrival and handover rooms to another family. Reception manager refused to admit, which compelled him to say after a phone call that " MAURITIAN ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THEIR HOTELS"... words to words. Matter which ill surely bring to the Indian Embassy of Mauritius.
