"Out dated reception technique."

The common area and access to kitchen.

Very dated reception strategy. Still in COVID mode. Key in locked box with pin sent via email. Not high lighted enough in 5 paragraphs . Especially on a phone. Rooms adjoining bathroom was cluttered with small floor stand and no shelves etc
