Close to motorway, easy access into Centro both driving and on foot. Ample free parking. Rooms sparse but very clean and bed comfortable. AC was a God sent given July temps of 36+

Everything was fine, for what I required.

"Good location and nice style."

Good location near the main roads leading into Brescia. Old fashioned style, with a lovely bed and a nice complementary breakfast. There was safe parking in the back and a restaurant for dinner (we didn’t go there).

The shower/bath had no curtain but was hot and strong.
