Ich habe ein Ladegerät mit Kabel vergessen. Engagiertes Personal rufte mich an und erklärte daß sie das Teil mir kostenneutral zusenden. Wow, ich habe schon öfter was vergessen aber das passiert mir das erste mal. Hut ab, vielen Dank schon mal.

Natürlich ist das Hotel schon älter, aber die Sauberkeit tritt dafür nach vorne.

Sehr freundliches Personal und Chef! Traumblick auf die Wakenitz. Frühstück alles da. Zur Buahaltestelle Linie 5 10 Min zu Fuß

Leider kein Lift ( haben vorher nicht gefragt ) Parkplätze dürftig In der Dusche keine Ablage

Sehr nettes Personal, auch die Lage super.

Tolles Hotel nur leider hat man da seit den 90 kaum was gemacht,könnte mehr Zuneigung gebrauchen .
