I have visited this hotel twice earlier but found very damp and dirty wall all through the room. And service was also not upto the mark as compared to other hotels nearby, But this I was searching hotels near by in Booking. com then I found City Park new picture of room. I called up reception of hotel and they said they have recently renovated all the rooms, as I liked the rooms picture then I booked the room and after chek in I found amazing change as well as services. I impressed with the new looks of the hotel.. Specially manager is very helpful in every matters. Now I recommend visitors who wants to stay near busy northeast business hub,. I will visit again with my friends and family.

New Room's awesome, supportive staff, hygiene food, ambience very very good.... Pleasant... Excellent and only 1 km from guwahati railway station...

Dear Sir, This hotel facility very very bad because no intercom facility`s room services not good not proper clean in side floor dirty, bathroom not proper clean and not hot water facility`s also Room TV Connection not proper way no remote. Reception no body`s is there. Thanks Tapas D Majumder
