Hotel Adrett am Dom - Digital Access

The only good thing was the location and good proximity to the city. The neighborhood also felt relatively safe.

We had two rooms and both were an absolute disaster. The deluxe double room smelled of mold with visible black mold on the walls. Furthermore the bathroom sink was clogged with some disgusting sludge. In the other room the window wouldn't shut properly so it was quite freezing and the street noise made it difficult to sleep. The fire alarm also went off at 3 AM. The hallways were also dark and smelled awful and we saw a rat in the stairwell. This property is filthy, poorly managed, and a complete health hazard. Avoid at all costs.

The location is great, room size is quite big, spacious, pretty clean

The bed was broken, one of the sides of double bed was wayyy down than other side, not really comfortable beds to my liking, we did not recieve Wifi pasword, no shower gel provided.

Very convenient to our plans.

There is no reception available. The tables are just there for show, there is no breakfast available. But that is not the worst. In the room there where bloodstains on the wall, the shower was put together with duct tape and not usable because the drain was clogged, the door of the shower was broken, there were stains on the duvet, stains that appeared to be sperm on the bed, hair on the floor, mold in the ceiling and a tap that sprayed water all over the bathroom floor. We pointed this out to the hotel via the chat(because there was no reception available) and asked for a refund. They replied by saying: “You stayed here so that is not possible. If you pointed it out while you were there we could have done something”. They never even apologised and we could not have pointed it out because there was no reception available. So to sum it all up: don’t go here.

The Location war really good.

Wasn‘t clean. We found hairs in the bathroom, the toilet wasn’t clean and was smelling cigarettes. The table was broken.It’s not a hotel, it’s like apartments. The Windows cannot be opened fully so we couldn’t have frisch air in the room. The Bett was not comfortable at all. We haven’t saw any staff member at all but a guy on the phone was helpful.

Window latch was broken/missing and could not open window to ventilate hot room. Attendant provided another fan, but no cooler outside air could come in.
