Room is clean.

Room is too small for 2 people. The toilet and bathroom is just separated by a glass. Can become awkward to use when travelling with friends or aquentences.

The premises was clean and neat. The hotel is very close to the bus stop.

The bathrooms could have been a bit more cleaner. Room service wasn't there, so if you're staying for more than a day, expect your room not to be cleaned. Also information regarding wifi is not shared at the reception, I had to explicitly call and ask. Only one set of towel was present in the washroom, I had to call and enquire one more for my wife. When the occupancy is known much ahead in advance, why make such mistakes ?

It was an heart warming experience to stay here, had a very rough day and coming back to the hotel with such nice staff made it better. Room was clean and had everything i needed.
