we have booked double room in this hotel for one day. we had a talk with the manager after booking room on booking.com, he agreed that rooms are available. but when we reached hotel after some hrs in night, the staff refused to give us rooms. the manager said there are no rooms available and didn't behave properly. also changed extra for the stay we refused for it.
