The room was clean and spacious

The property is located on the curb of a very busy junction. Dropping off and picking up is a challenge and can be frustrating too, especially if you have luggage. Vehicle parking is not available at the property but is at another place (walkable distance, but crowded street). I booked 3+1 (specifically selected 3+1 during booking) with a complimentary breakfast. Breakfast was not a buffet but rationed one (which was okay, no issues there) but they said they cannot serve the child but only three adults. That no food for the accompanying kid (though the count was explicitly mentioned during booking and paid accordingly). The food was decent though.

Location is bad, no ample parking facilities. The lift wasn't working, waited for 40 mins to get to the room. The ambience was not family friendly. Even saw a bad of illegal substance being casually thrown away at the parking. We literally ran away from the property without spending the night there and came back to the area near the temple.
