Poppys Hotel Madurai

Room was very nice and very big, Food was very nice also I have to mention 2 staffs from restaurant one is Francis and other one is Supreena both are great and wonderful, very nice hospitality and very friendly they are an asset to your organization.

I was checking out and they provided me welcome drink and there where so many insects on the drink and when I showed them they just took it there wasn't any apology or anything they where just doing their work, for a hotel this is completely wrong and when we came to Breakfast the tables where uncleaned and I spoke with a waiter named selves to clean the table but he still took me to the table which was still dirty, this is not a proper way of hosting please advise the staffs (not every staffs) to learn hospitality and apologies wherever needed.

Tyylikäs hotelli, huone oli ihanan iso ja viihtyisä. Todella hyvä sänky. Herkullinen aamiainen. Ja henkilökunta oli todella avuliasta ja mukavaa.

The restaurant staff were good particularly Francis Xavier.

On checking in we were told that they had cancelled our booking at midday despite my arrangements that we would arrive at 4pm. Only when I provided evidence of my correspondence did they concede and provided an upgrade as our original room had been let. Not a good welcome but satisfactory in the end.

Large, comfortable and well equipped rooms. Great outdoor area with pool and plenty of space to sit. Great breakfast selection and very friendly staff. Keep up the great work.
