Royal Hotel Ha Giang

Very large room, clean, good AC, quiet. We were only here for a night (arriving late and leaving early) before starting the Hà Giang loop and it suited us perfectly. We found a very nice and cheap bún chả place (with complimentary 'happy water'...) a few minutes down the road for breakfast so it ended up being a great location for us.

Spacious room, very clean, good location.

The check-in was a bit difficult since the person doing it could not speak english with me. Didn't have to pay at the entrance, but one hour later, the lady knocked on my door to ask me to pay. I was ready to take a shower so had the towel on me, i told her i would come down after to pay, but this didn't seem to bother her, she came in the room and wanted me to pay. Didn't appreciate that.

The property was in a good location. Cheap overnight stay.

The tiles were very slippery in the bathroom when the floor was wet after having a shower.

The hotel has a lift which is great for people with reduced mobility. The staff were helpful

There was no view from the windows of the room. Just a wall at 1m distance.

We had a great stay here, the hotel was super quiet, room was clean and bed was comfy. They also helped us book a taxi in the morning
