"SPIDERS"

It was a nice room

We had 2 camel spiders in the room and we just couldn't stay in that room knowing those huge spiders were in our room,just couldn't sleep!

"Just an FYI"

Nothing booking.com made a mistake on the reservation and I was told I needed to pay more or get my money refunded. Which I think was wrong I paid what booking confirmed my reservation would be and I paid. I had to sleep for 2 nights in the car and shower at a gas station which I feel that the mistake was not mine it was between booking.com and the hotel and I had to pay for that an inconvenient if I have to say so myself. And not being able to speak to booking.com nor a manager at the hotel all the front desk could do is refund what booking.com had charged. I really feel I should have been accommodate because it was not my fault. I had stayed at this hotel before and had so complaints and had emailed you'll about it last year and I thought I'd give the hotel another chance but low and be hold it was worst this time. How can booking work/use this hotel for business/reservation if they treat customer like this.. If you really do anything about these questions then give me a call 210 391-5855 you have my name an email.

The way customers have to be treated by a mistake that was not the customers fault. Where has customer service gone for companies these days.
