Disponibilità del proprietario al check-in e la possibilità di tenere le bici in un suo garage

Stanze datate, bagno con almeno lavabo da rinnovare, non ci è zanzariera e nn si può aprire la finestra per le zanzare. Lampade sui comodini rotte. La colazione è veramente "essenziale" e soprattutto....mancano i "sorrisi". Non ci tornerei ma per una notte di transito ci stai! Sicuramente non è un 3 stelle!
