Initially they gave me other room then the lady at the counter asked me to return the keys and gave me other room. She gave me the downgraded room which I haven't booked as some of the inclusions mentioned in the booking weren't present in the room.

Rooms are quite good

Receptionist lady doesn't have manner how to talk with guest. They are only money maker. As per my suggestion don't go with family here because it's not safe place for stay. Bad experience bcz of Receptionist.
