BENJAMIN HOTEL KANAZAWA

素泊まりで静かで快適でした。新しく清潔でした。バスローブも借りれてありがたかったです。

部屋に卓上ミラーがあるとありがたいです。身支度するのに別の階の洗面所に行かねばならないのが不便だったりします。階段が少し急なので、上り下りお気をつけてください。

Struttura accogliente, confortevole. I servizi in comune sono puliti e comodissimi. Posizione abbastanza comoda, si raggiunge tutto a piedi e con i mezzi.

I liked the room, it was very nice, we had 2 separate beds and a great AC.

The host doesn’t speak any English at all. When we arrived early hoping to check in or at least leave our luggage there was no one at the desk. There was also very loud construction noise at the ground floor. We first thought we were in the wrong building but no. I tried to call the hotel and the host answered me in Japanese but when I said I wanted to check in he didn’t understand at all and jsut kept saying no English. I ended up putting in google translate what I wanted to say and reading it in Japanese to him which worked and he rushed downstairs. He was very nice though and checked us in arruved warlt. The building has no elevator and we got 4th floor so that was a bummer. The toilets and showers are shared. Not my preference by they were very clean though so that was a plus.
