Conveniently located hotel between the busy city of Colombo and the airport. Calm environment with beautiful garden. Spacious bathroom. Very nice host, helpful for inquiries on checkout.

The room was full of mosquitoes, probably due to the season, but not having mosquito nets on the bed was a nightmare and we did not sleep.

Stayed here for 12 nights. In one word, EXCELLENT IN EVERYTHING. It is a true eco resort, with plush greenery and large trees all around, chirping birds waking you up into beautiful mornings, most refreshing for nature lovers. Large porticos & sitout areas, large rooms with good balconies, spacious washrooms create a very positive environs. Rooms are rich with amenities, anything that you expect - Double bed, Flat TV, AC, Free Wifi with good signal, refrigerator, electic kettle, Cloth hanger, table & chair for work, extra chairs for balcony, daily refill of water bottles & tea packets (complimentary), hot water, soap ... what not? The host & the attendant are very friendly, accommodative and responsive to your requests. They don't bother you for payments... Another best aspect is location... it is walking distance from Kelania Maha Raja Vihara, one of the sacred Budhist temples, with a rich history, and a very spiritual place. Great for religious/ spiritual oriented people. And the most important: All this at most reasonable price... I have stayed at more than 15 different hotels & homestays in different parts of Colombo, over the last two years.... But, nothing matches the range of amenties and the cost of this place. Every other place has small rooms and half amenities, but with much higher price. This place offers the lowest possible price for these services. Overall, I liked everything here, and highly appreciate the management. Wish them a great future!

NOTHING ACTUALLY. If someone is on work and has to go to Central Colombo, everyday, then it takes 30-45 minutes. That may be the only consideration. But, you won't get pristine nature in central Colombo. You have to come here for that.
