Bedsheets not clean, hot water cant use, floor/wall dirty, nearby with loud club till midnight, cant really sleep at night.

it was very noisy,there must be a nightclub nearby,the speakers were turned up very loud,it was still noisy at 2am,totally cant sleep well

The hotel area is very noisy until the morning, the sound of music outside can be heard clearly in the room. I can't sleep until morning. the pillow is so thin it hurts my neck. hot water kettle not working. very thin bath towels do not absorb water.
