Clean room Pleasant temperature due to AC

I returned to this hotel because the staff was very kind and helpful in the past. However, it has turned into a center of passive aggressive generosity with rules you are somehow expected to know without being informed about them and which also contradict themselves. Breakfast average. Based on the info sheet in the room, it is possible to get a la carte items like scrambled eggs if you ask the waiter. However there is no mention of that in the breakfast room and the waiter barely replies when you come in and say hi. Objectively the worst wellness I have been to. Unheated area. Sauna barely heating, drafty and noisy. Only one towel because why would I want to wash my long hair after sweating. Something that looked a lot like mold but I decided not to check. A personal item left behind by previous user which says a lot about the cleaning standard.
