"Mooi hotel, maar te weinig personeel"

De ligging en de kamer.

Het ontbijt. Het was veel te druk, moesten wachten totdat er een tafel vrij was. Daarnaast werd het buffet niet aangevuld, waardoor er geen broodjes en beleg meer beschikbaar waren. Het koffiezetapparaat viel telkens in storing. Het personeel maakte een zenuwachtige indruk. Bij het buffet was veel op de grond gemorst en werd niet opgeruimd. Bij aankomst werd ons verteld dat de hotelkamer niet klaar was (om 15.30 uur). Dit kon nog wel een paar uur duren. Toen wij aangaven dat we naar een festival gingen was de kamer opeens gereed.
