Grand Cordela Hotel AS Putra Kuningan

Very standard hotel. You cant expect more. But I think it is the best hotel that Kuningan can give. Because there is no other hotel competitor. It has no TV cable and room-wifi. Wifi only available in lobby but its signal were unstable. The prices are relative expensive at its class. Enough said.

One of the receptionist is not friendly. The room soundproof is very bad, you will be disturbed by traffic noise. Because this hotel is located in busy main road of city. The good point is the water shower is powerfull and the room is perfumed.

The location of the hotel was very strategic. Its located in the center of the town. Sadly that's the only plus value of this hotel. The service was ok but the rooms are lack of maintenance. I had to change rooms because the first room was very smelly and dirty. Quite expensive too but since it's the only hotel available in the middle if town so there weren't any other option.

Stay 1 nite, deluxe room, it's clean, but nothing more, and we can't controll the water heater.. the breakfast also very standard, bread, toast, pouridge, and we must pay for extra omelette?? No cable tv.. the location is near taman kota or city garden, and you can go there with delman

This is my second stay in this hotel. My first stay, was fine, cause I book the family suite. My complain was just the AC not cold enough. As for my second visit, I book the deluxe room. Here is how I feel. Hotel location is in the center of town (Kuningan). Location is perfect downtown. This hotel is like 2-3 star hotel. Lobby is small. Staff are friendly. Hotel quite new. Wifi only works in the lobby. No swimming pool. Breakfast, no choices, and the taste is just average. Room: The room is spacious. Medium size twin bed, suitable for 2 adult and 2 young children (4 and 5 years old). There is LED tv, no minibar, locate in second floor with mountain view. The room is clean, bed also nice and comfortable. Bath Room: Amenities is just enough, though shall buy additional soap and tooth paste. Warm water is present. It is enough considering hotel for small town. The Bad: The bed room is smelly. Smell like some was urinate in the bed. I notice that the house keeping does not change the bed sheet everyday. I still got stain from my son chocolate drop. The bath room stinks even more. Smell almost like public bath room. On the toilet, it got this dirty stain that is so disgusted. I can't stand this. I already complain, but it seems no action taken. This hotel is good for location only, and no other similar hotel in town. If you don't mind the location get other hotels around sangkanurip area.
