The hotel is very well organised and super prepared for all types of travellers. The staff were incredibly friendly and mostly helpful. The briefing was very informative and spelt out in as many languages possible. Rooms were small but beautiful with a great outlook. Special mention to Aaiz & Adriano who made our stay that little bit more enjoyable. The boats were in fantastic conduction not only for the transfer but for both the day tours.

Nothing not to like about the property sometimes a few of my dealings with some of the staff were a little difficult and things were too hard and abit slow to react! But mainly fantastic.

Well organized transfer for arrival and departure

Videos and pictures are separated from package and no mentioned in the counter, exactly Arena tour. The counter in the hotel and the staff talked to other one when you even ask questions or pay for the package, Totally not a qualify one. Bad room service, Waiting for over one hour for drinking water. Check in more than 30min for long long long waiting. The price is quite high but the hotel function didn’t worth it.

Отель оставил очень приятное впечатление. Везде чисто и аккуратно, номера ухоженные и комфортные. Еда вкусная и разнообразная, видно, что готовят с душой. Отдельно хочется отметить персонал — вежливые, отзывчивые и всегда готовы помочь. С удовольствием остановилась бы здесь снова!

Zentrale Lage, direkt am Bikini Beach

Es ist Abends super laut, Strand wurde teilweise für Veranstaltungen gesperrt die früh am Morgen um 5 Uhr losgingen.. an Schlaf war nicht mehr zu denken. Das Hotel ist total auf Massentourismus ausgelegt, dementsprechend wird man auch behandelt. Leider ist die ganze Insel so, ich hätte mich besser erkundigen sollen. Für mich ist das nichts

The hotel benefits from a very good location just steps from the beach, which makes it attractive for travelers who want easy sea access. The sea-facing rooms with balcony are worth considering, and the room size is comfortable for a short stay. The breakfast and dinner spread are adequate, offering a decent selection.

However, what significantly affected the overall experience was the service attitude of several staff members, particularly at the reception and restaurant. At the reception, the staff could be much more approachable and service-oriented. On multiple occasions when approaching the counter, there was no greeting, and requests for assistance felt met with reluctance rather than willingness to help. Hospitality should begin at the front desk, and unfortunately this was lacking during our stay. In addition, providing only one room key card is inconvenient, especially when guests have different daily plans. Two key cards should be standard practice. In the restaurant, while some staff were pleasant, the service consistency needs improvement. A special mention to Anju, who stood out for her warm smile and welcoming attitude, making guests feel comfortable and valued. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for others. The chef at the live station often appeared impatient, and his facial expressions frequently suggested annoyance when attending to guests. Hospitality should never make guests feel like they are a burden. Another staff member, Abbas, came across as quite abrupt during drink service. Even after we made payment, there was no acknowledgment or word of thanks, and he simply walked away. Small gestures of courtesy make a big difference in guest experience. High time to change the towels as it really brings down the image of the hotel. Its very worn out.
